I agree that it must be a lot of water weight when one can stay the same or barely lose any weight and then drop a lot of weight. It seems reasonable that it would be difficult to drop that much fat considering that it takes a defict of 3500 to lose a pound.

Everyone has different responses to different foods. I would cut way down on the coffee 1-2 cups for 2 weeks to a month to see if it makes a difference. You need to do it long enough to get it completely out of your system and see if less coffee makes a difference for you. :flowerforyou:
