Stretch marks are permanent, they are never going to completely disappear. The best way to manage them is to use Cocoa Butter before you actually get the stretch marks to help your skin keep its elasticity. As for making them less visible, a good tan and the use of Cocoa Butter can help fade stretch marks. Also, keep your…

Kitty is right. I think you're supposed to really measure every two weeks, but when it does show up in a week it's an extra surprise! Don't worry about it Gaby, just keep up the good work and you'll get there!:flowerforyou:

I have the most horrible ice cream/cake/chocolate chip cookie addiction of all time!!! Often when I find myself craving something, it helps a lot to eat/make a healthier version of it! Hungry-Girl.com really helps! Like everybody said, don't worry too much about that DQ shake. Try to use that to motivate you to work out…

My rewards are listed below, but I always find it so hard not to reward myself with a bowl of Cold Stone ice cream!! :blushing:

I usually eat it on a whole wheat pita with a little bit of feta cheese, tomato, and spinach. It's delicious :)

I have been in the exact same situation. I have officially stared my dieting and working out on Monday, and have really stuck to it. I think that my biggest motivation is just how unhappy with myself I am. Every time that I think about eating something like cookies or ice cream (my absolute weaknesses), I think about how…

I just put it in as strength training. The only resistance band stuff that is on there is what I put in, which was the Gold's Gym Resistance Tube Workout DVD. It's about 30 minutes doing the basic stuff. But I was a little disappointed that there weren't any entries for the resistance bands!

Kashi bars :) Those things are delicious, and they are sweet enough that they can beat back chocolate cravings!
-
Congratulations! You've achieved all of our dreams! Not craving the things you love while dieting? I wish I could be right there with you! That's very encouraging!
-
oh my god! You look so great! :)

I'm in :) I can't weight to weigh in on Sunday!

Hungry-Girl.com has the greatest recipes! They have everything from entrees to desserts :)

I ate six Whoppers (the malted milk balls) at work today instead of the whole box. I also managed to avoid all of the chocolate and Reese's (my favorite) in the bowl. Plus, I did the entire Gold's Gym Resistance Tube Workout
-
oh man, I love cupcakes. Thank you!

Where did you find all of these? They all sound really delicious!

I completely understand your frustration with school and work. They seem to take up all of your time! Plus, by the time that you get home you don't feel like doing something home made for dinner! I think that your best bet is maybe to try doing some sit up during your TV time, or even just doubling the time that you walk…

That's so awesome! Congratulations and keep it up!
