Sometimes the same thing happens to me. I've been reading previous posts and everyone says if your not hungry don't eat. Some people recommend drinking a smoothie or a protein shake, but I haven't done that yet.

i'm fairly new to this also and that was a question I had thought of. Anyway, I try to eat them but almost every day i have over 200 calories left.

You look great! I hope I can do the same thing. I took my beginning measurements last night (that was depressing). I started my elliptical on Dec 26th and went straight for the 20 minute workout. It's been a killer, but I already feel better doing it. Anyway, Keep up the good work-it's showing!

Hi everyone, I'm new to exercising and watching what I eat. I've exercised daily for the last 4 days on my elliptical and love it. I am struggling to find things that I can eat along with my kids and spouse. I am not sure how long I will remember to log in what I eat but I'm going to keep trying.
