  • Ditto for me, I also did this and lost about 10 pounds, but got off track and quit. Now, I'm 20 pounds heavier and more miserable. need support and encouragement also, but i need to get me eating right back on track and find a workout for my muffin top i've aquired. once i figure out how to add again, I will add you:smile:
  • Welcome, orginally I signed up two years ago and lost 10 pounds, but lost track and now am at my heaviest weight of all time. I have also changed careers to a more sedentary job than before so now I need motivation. I need to get my diet in order and look for something to help me loose the muffin top I've acquired. Feel…
  • Hello all, I have been MIA for 2 days due to my crazy work schedule. I did great up until last night. I was supposed to work a 12 hour shift and it turned into a 15 hour shift. With that being said, I honestly had no energy left to complete the shred. I am disappointed because I have been doing so good with it. I am…
  • mdaniella-it up if you can, I have done it everyday this month and I feel great. It took me about 4 days to not feel terribly sore, I'm kinda like Julliana-miss it a bit Mary-I want to thank you for starting this thread, I'm not sure I would have stuck it out without you and your daily posts. Keep up the great work.…
  • Mary- I'm not sure what kind of workouts I like. This seems to be the only one I have even bothered to stick with. I'm just afraid that I might get bored with it. I'm not sure though, I've stuck with it so far. Weigh in day today I'll let you guys know how it goes. I am on D7 L2. I've already done my elliptical today but…
  • Juliana1977-good luck, let me know how you like it, I have been debating between chalean extreme or turbofire, but I'm not too much on aerobics so I'm not sure what to do.
  • I still have to do L2 D6 today, but wasn't able to post yesterday cause I was working a 12 hour shift. Glad everyone is doing well with keeping up. Does anyone know what they are going to do next after they are done with the shred. I would like to lose weight and continue to tone. any suggestions?
  • i had one yesterday without cheese and thought the same thing. Didn't notice it was missing.
  • Day 3 Level 2 also. The planks are killing me also. Congrats on you weight loss, way to go, Keep up the good work.
  • I have been doing the shred since the 1st (L2 D2) I haven't missed once and that's quite an accomplishment for me. I have noticed changes in my jeans and i had to cinch my belt up one notch today. So for those of you who wonder- does it really work? The answer is yes. I am not finished (really no where near), but I am…
  • I was thinking of doing this after the 30 day shred. Can you tell me a little about it? Is it cardio, toning or what? does it have circuits like the 30 day shred?
  • welcome aboard, glad to have you. I have lost weight using this site and using the shred. Only been using this site for 15 days and the shred for 12 days(actually in a row-never done that before). It works if you use it correctly.
  • congrats ,now more time for yourself , throw yourself a party.
  • D1L2 today, was a bit more intense. Was able to do push ups without modifying. (ya me-finally) Still with 2# weights-my arms feel like jello when I am finished so I don't think I can move up quite yet. I modified the last 5 or so of the plank jumps, but rocked the plank jacks (who knows why). A little sore again.. Well see…
  • I guess I missed loggin in yesterday. Today is day 10 for me -a new level tomorrow. Still doing modified push ups but I can do some regular(just not many). Wish me luck for tomorrow, I fear I might need it.
  • good questions, I was wondering the same thing. I wish i had answers to your posts, but instead I will have to see how everyone else responds. thanks for asking.
  • Keep at it. I am on day 10. Ready to move to level 2 tomorrow. Hope i can handle it. I will conquer it somehow. I had my sister workout with me this morning and she felt the same way you did. She felt like puking and had to stop a couple of times, but still finished it. I remember feeling the same way when I first began 10…
  • I'm on day 10, ready to move to level 2 tomorrow. Hope I can handle it.
  • Hi, welcome aboard. I have been signed in to use MFP since Nov, but just started using it the last week of Dec. The first week I lost 4.5 lbs, but I have made huge changes in my eating habits and am now working out. I am doing the 30 day shred by Jullian Michaels-it's great I've already seen a change in the way my jeans…
  • Hi guys, I've been on a couple of other shred topics. I'm on day 8 and I feel great. Scared of day 11.I wasn't sure if I was ready for level 2 , but after today I feel like i can do it. I am already starting to notice changes in the way my jeans fit. I'm so excited.
  • Glad to have you both join, I have been signed on to this since Nov 10, but just started using it the last week of Dec, and I love it. Great support and if you have any questions don't be afraid to ask. More than likely some one else has the same question but is to scared to ask. Good luck :)
  • Your doing great, keep up the good work. Remember Rome wasn't conquered in a day nor will bad habits be conquered in a day. Take baby steps one week focus on counting calories, the next week add watching sodium levels, then continue to add every week until you are happy and healthy.
  • welcome aboard, Keep up the good work. There will be great days and bad days, just remember to keep going. we're all here for you.
  • Hi, i'm 5;6" and i weigh 149.5 (at my last weigh in last Monday) I would like to lose a total of 20 lbs. I'm currently doing the 30 shred and love it. I haven't posted a blog yet, but I am totally addicted to this site. All the support is great. You are welcome to add me as a friend.
  • I post it under circuit training ( I saw what some others were doing) and it lists like 186calories for 20 minutes. I bought a hr and calorie counter today and it said i burnt 181 calories so I guess it was pretty close.
  • my arms feel like jelly with 2 lb weights not sure if I'll ever get to 8 lb weights.
  • I didn't take before pics, but i did take before measurements. I'm on day 8 thinking of going ahead and taking pics now to see if there is any noticable difference at the end. Nervous about day 11, but today i felt great doing the shred
  • I understand it's hard to see the difference on yourself, but girl you've made a big difference, good job, keep up the good work
  • thank you guys for your input, i think i'll try to move up and see
