question for shreders

how do you enter you exercise in your diary? I am not sure what to enter or how many calories I burned.

  • I post it under circuit training ( I saw what some others were doing) and it lists like 186calories for 20 minutes. I bought a hr and calorie counter today and it said i burnt 181 calories so I guess it was pretty close.

    I also log it in as circuit training - 20 minutes.

    I concur, circuit training. I'm on day 6 right now. Although I hate Hate HATE it before and while I'm doing it, I LOVE it after! Looking forward to some awesome results!
