have one of the personal trainers weigh you on the manual scale (doctor's office scale) and that should be right!

Yesterday I went to the gym thinking that I gained 6 pounds just to get on the scale to find out that I actually lost 7 pounds! I got on that scale 4 times just to make sure my mind wasn't playing tricks on me, but the scale didn't lie! I'm so proud of myself, I have 15 more pounds to lose before I reach my short term goal…

Well since I worked out today i feel it's my turn to brag about the calories i burned too.... I did the treadmill for 1 hour and 20 mins and I did the alpine pass program on 3.9 speed and 9.0 incline and I burnt..................(drum roll please!!!!!).......997 calories!!!!!:drinker: :laugh: :happy: :tongue: :smile:…

I put myself of a strick diet because I know how i am and I know how I eat. So my diet consist of 1,400 calories....
