I have really wide hips and linebacker shoulders which I used to not like but my boyfriend adores them and has made me love my body. :) I started out at around 225 (which is when I really attempted to lose weight and is my before) and I am now down to 203ish. My progress from the 30 Day Shred so far:

I am right there with you. While yes, eating fruits and veggies are great for you. You are allowed to have fast food and pizza! Just don't have it everyday! Go workout and have fun! This is a fun process, long but fun!

Hi! I'm 5'4 and my highest weight was 245lbs. I'm currently at 203 and shrinking! :) I know exactly where you are coming from! My goal weight is about 150ish. :D
