don't deprive your cravings or you might cave in and then over eat what you're craving. I used to do this to myself and I intially felt bitter and cranky all the time. I have lost a whopping 44 lbs since last November. :D I have quite a ways to go to be at a healthy bmi and need to lose at least another 15-18 lbs to get there.
