Good job. I've been using MFP to plug in foods and check the calories before I eat them. Just to plan ahead , it reallly helps. You'd be surprised how much fat and calories are in things you just won't expect them to be in.

I'm not by any means an expert on this. But I did take a look at your food tracker and the only thing I could possibly come up with is your sugar intake. Yes I use my wii fit everyday. For one I use it as my regular scare. And I use it for exercise at least 3 times a week. I can't wait, the Wii Fit Plus comes out on October 4th.

You've done wonderfully. I set an initial goal of 190 (which is still high). I started at 249. I just wanna see under 200 so bad! Once I hit 200 I will re-access. You are doing great! Keep up the good work!

I use my Wii Fit scale. I kind of trust it more than my bathroom scale which tends to give me various readings.

Where are these posted? I'd like to see an example. Sounds cool for a weight loss measure. I've used the virtual model thing in the past to purchase clothing. You put your weight and height in and then you start trying clothes on your model. It kinda gives you an idea of what you would like in the clothes.
