I actually started January 9th and I'm down 10 pounds and 3 inches off my thighs and hips and 3.5 inches off waist. I Also started kickboxing that day. I go 1-2x a week. I recently added walking/jogging so hopefully when i weigh in again on April 9th there will be at least an additional 5 pounds off.....Good luck everyone…
