your lungs do improve! I used to have the same problem. Sad to say, it took more than a year to see much improvement but now I dont have that problem at all when I run. Just keep running!!

I love my butt because even at my heaviest it still had a nice shape My shoulders and back My curves and newly found hourglass figure (who knew right) my hands because they seem petite even when im heavier

I try not to eat back my exercise unless I'm super hungry. Thats just me though. I think mfp gives you your calorie goal regardless of exercise, so it wants you to eat back those calories

Pick me! I am one of those naughty lactose intolerant people that cuts out all milk.. but not all milk products! I eat alot of yogurt, but I take it with the lactase enzyme supplements. sometimes it helps...sometimes not As far as calcium goes, I just take a calcium supplement once a day and so far seem to be just fine

I worry so much about the hormones in Animal Products. While I'm not currently an active vegan, I believe that cutting out some, if not most of the meat and dairy out of our diets, would make a world of difference to our health. Sigh. Its sad that we had to go and mess up what used to be natural and wonderful food sources

eventually your body will learn not to want so many high calorie foods. Until then, it only takes 21 days to make a habit right? Make it a habit to eat healthy and it will get so much easier

Welcome! I'm 21 years old, 5'6 tall, starting weight 170, current weight 161. My goal weight is 120 lbs. Similar goals? :) Anyway this site is so wonderful and as long as you stick to it, you will lose some pounds.

Caffiene is a diuretic, so chances are if your soft drink has it, your gonna have to pee...ALOT haha I love diet soda too... its my weakness.... I drink it everyday too bad its horrible for you in every way :( Some day I'll be able to cut it out

The first time I looked at the nutrition facts for marie calendars chicken pot pie, my jaw hit the floor. 2 servings in one measly pie... and over 1000 calories! I need more than that to survive :)
