This isn't a personal gym moment, but at the gym i work at there is a chainlink fence behind the treadmills, a guy started running WAY too fast and fell off and hit the fence. For me I've totally farted in kickboxing. AWESOME haha

If I even eat mostly fruit and veggies, I STILL go over sugar intake. As long as you're avoiding processed foods and alot of added sugar I think you'll be just fine.

Give it some time! I also work as a personal trainer and this is a very common thing to not see the scale move at first. DON'T LET IT DISCOURAGE YOU! From my studies it seems like pretty generally you have to get down to about 19% body fat before the stomach fat takes a hike. :(

Same reasoning with me. I eat really well with calories but I'm worried people will be up in my face about not eating enough of one food group or too much of another. So I love apples and SO what if I eat 3 a day? Mind your own beeswax. LOL that's why mine is private

LOVE: Cardio: Kickboxing, dancing, step aerobics, swimming Strength: Squats, lunges HATE: Cardio: stair stepper, upright bike, or running on a treadmill. <basically anything tedius but super boring Strength: Shoulders. I must have wimpy shoulders but they HURT. Also, tricep kickbacks

Yeah I developed a gluten intolerance! So weird. I was also diagnosed with IBS and dispepsia. SO weird, I started eating normal again for a few months and even though I gained a little back, it helped with digestive issues

I don't have bulimia, but I have disordered eating, and severe depression. I have also been known to be quite suicidal but with the help of my therapist i'm trying to push past that. Friend me :)

I looked up the BMI for someone 6'0 tall weighing 180 and it was around 24. You may have a big frame which will change things up a bit but that it not even close to being underweight! you might find it's the PERFECT weight for your body. GO FOR IT

I gots big boobies and my HRM strap is great. you wear it right under em :) haha I don't think you'll have a problem. I could probably gain 100 lbs (heaven forbid) and adjust my strap so that it'd still fit
