  • I feel horrible! maybe its partially in my head, but sometimes I save all my calories to go and pig out with my husband, and even though I'm well within my calorie range I feel like I ate 80 times as many calories as I did. I dunno. Healthy food just... makes a body feel good :)

  • I realized I was lactose intolerant when I was 17 and I dont miss milk at all. It made me feel like crap... haha Plus they PUMP IT FULL OF HORMONES so its not good for you anyway :)
  • Sometimes I eat back SOME of my exercise calories, but I still try to keep my overall calorie intake low because I lose better when I don't eat back calories. And I agree, while some foods are more nutrient dense than others, if you've already eaten balanced meals and have extra calories, eat whatever you want!

  • I've eaten junk to get calories before... while i wouldnt...recommend it since its not very nutritious, I would say that if you've eaten well all day, I'm not sure it matters much how you choose to fill the rest of your calories :) thats just my humble opinion though
