If you HAVE to eat, eat something filling and comforting but low calorie, Like oatmeal And take a hot bath or shower. The hot shower thing helps with my appetite so much for some reason

I'm a little scale obsessed but I usually weigh myself before bed, as well as when I wake up. NEVER right after a big meal though ;)

Dude, me and my hubby LOVE our rebounder! My hubby has messed up knees and he loves how low impact it is. We burn loads of calories, and he does it while watching tv! haha I personally... get a bit bored with it.... but don't tell ;)

I don't really know the answer to your question, but I'm pretty sure my HRM is UNDER generous. For example I do hardecore kickboxing wearing it and for an hour it usually says only like...400 calories. There is no way. I usually save at LEAST 100 calories for that time of night and snack on something filling. Like those quaker instant oatmeal packets (low sugar ones are only like...120 calories) and usually that fixes the problem. Or popcorn! yum! But yeah, I have ALWAYS been a nighttime snacker. I see those too but they make no sense to me. Like... how can wearing a wide belt slim you? maybe they help with posture or?? I dunno but last time I checked unless it's weighted and you wear it while you work out or something, its useless.... :)

just hang in there! you might just be doing too much all at once and your body doesnt know how to handle it. Slow down just a little, maybe do some easier exercises for a bit and you will feel more energized and less drained. Just keep up the good work. Your body WILL thank you for it eventually

I used to have a dog that would try and hop on the treadmill with me! she couldnt handle speeds faster than 2mph on the treadmill so I'd always freak out and turn the speed down. She was so sweet though, so sometimes I would let her walk with me for a few minutes before I kicked her off. I miss her :'(

thats a great goal! I've been losing between 8-10 lbs a month and my reward is a new wardrobe for my birthday (its about time!) Good luck!
