I'm confused with the net calories example My goal is 1450 a day - i've eaten1435 today - 533 exercise ( from fitbit ) - net 913 it's saying i need to eat the 537 left ( which is basically when i've done in exercise ) Is that correct? I understand you need to eat more when exercising, but not all of it? I'm also weary…
