We can't be perfect all the time. Just keep on going. I ate real bad since last sunday but today I get back to my diet sched. Tho I blamed it on PMS. 2 more days before weight in. I 'm sure I can be good for 2 days and no more late nite snack!

I zumba 5 times a week with 4 different instructor so I never get bored. I feel so happy and lots of energy after the workout.

The weekend feast is over! Tomorrow I'll be on a strict diet. I like to take it easy over the weekend and don't think about the diet.I went hiking & went to zumba class but I don't count my calorie input.

Biggest losers promotes unhealthy way to lose weight, unrealistic for normal average people. 4 lbs is not much if a person is 350 lbs or more. The percentage of weight loss is more important. No you can't but you can temporary lose one size and have a lean look specially your face (water loss) by doing low carb.. no starch, drink lots of water

yes they can burn 6000 calori aday. 400 lbs person burn at least 4000 calori when they do nothing. 2000 cal.... is at less than 4 hours cardio workout out. I weight around 180 lbs.. burn 500cal/hour for cardio workout.

Take classes at the gym,.. zumba and hip hop class are so fun to do... if you have skip cardio.. ..make sure you do weight lifting.. free weight is way better than using the machine.. since free weight works on more muscles, burn more calorie. Take a outdoor walk... around the neighbordhood if you don't like the gym env.…

yes, you should do the measurement. if you lose inches and not weight.. it meant you are losing fat BUT you don't lose muscle.. that's the best kind of loss.... you are hitting jackpot if this is the case.

Today is my last day on TOM. I 'm still 1 lb short for tomorrow weight in. I drank lots of water today and don't eat starch after 7 pm. I hope i will hit my weekly target goal tomorrow.

man! i have a bad cold since yesterday. I did not go work out today since i read it will make the cold get worser.. not only that i feel weak so i ate a lot. :mad: but my throat so i drank water a lot also. one more day before weight in... i hope i don't gain the weight back.

ok i just buy ALL petite tops sleeveless. I do upper body workouts. my arms does look toner but they are still big.

I'm glad that i can wear petite clothes now. It does fit better except some the tops i can not .. because i have big upper arms.. and petite sleeve is narrower than miss size :cry:

Yes, about all the articles i read, i have to admit some are just mislead.. like the one abou excise does not make you lose weight since you will eat more and over eat after the workout ?? or also the one that wrote about to lose weight has to do lots of cardio... not weight lifting because you don't really gain that much…
