Huge pay raises for teachers, along with smaller class sizes.

Swiss chard! (fresh -- very fresh is best). I usually wash, then put them briefly in boiling water, drain off the water. Then heat some olive oil with garlic and a bit of crushed red pepper flakes, and stir fry. Yummy!

Hi there. Count me in as well. Here are my initial measurements: Calf (left) 15" Thigh (left) 23" Hip - 44" Waist - 40.5" upper arm - (right) 12" I'll do the initial test this evening and send the results to you.

My goals for August are to keep committed to logging food, walk for at least an hour a day, and hopefully lose 5 pounds (or more!). I'm also looking for friends on MFP to help each other stay committed to goals, so add me if you would like --

Hello PandaDreamerG and others on this thread. I've just been on MFP for a couple of days -- loving the accountability, and the iPhone app is great. Hoping to lose about 30 pounds.
