Fitbit One and Jawbone Up user here. I tried linking Fitbit One to MFP, but it keeps on adjusting my calorie goal and expended. It confused me at one point in time. So I just use it to monitor calories expended and I just do a manual adjustment to my daily intake.

I am into maintenance as well. Lost approx 45 lbs in a span of 8 months. Have been maintaining since April of this year. I just discovered that maintaining is even more difficult than losing. I have been faithful in logging in to MFP every meal. Happy with the results.

I get a lot of those as well. Specially from people who are used to seeing me on the chubby side. Others thought that I got ill, others thought I went into a drug regimen. But at the end of the day, all of them does not know how good it feels deep inside if you have reached you goal!
