Well done! I started around 278 and am now around 233. Still have roughly 40 pounds to go depending on what weight my doc comes up with at my next physical.

I usually try to avoid bread as much as possible, but find personally, that nothing completely can replace it. I usually have an english muffin in the morning with an egg or peanut butter, jelly or etc. If I elect to have "bread" at noon, I use a lo cal bread...2 slices = 70 cal. When I was working, I ate a lot of oameal...boring, but it works. Another suggestion...yogurt, or an english muffin...or slim fast. I like to monitor what my friends are eating...a great place to get some ideas.

Would think it varies, but 20 lbs seems to be in the right area. I've lost about 40 lbs overall, and have dropped 2 sizes...moving rapidly toward my 3rd drop. ( 42-38)

By us here, the Beef and Broccoli is quit reasonable in calories. MFP helped me make that detemination. If you like veggies, try something that features those....
