My morning workout is usually 2 miles or so with my dog - pretty brisk pace.

My snack is usually protein - Greek yogurt, deli meat (I like Hormel Natural Choice ham or turkey) with Dijon mustard mixed with a tiny bit of mayo, sometimes string cheese or a hard boiled egg.
