  • Oh thank you! I'm still trying to find the right pages on here and get used to the website. I finally made homemade peanut butter and it was very good! Do you have a recipe for homemade spaghetti sauce? I would love to try to make that! If not no big deal, I can experiment with it !!!

  • I have always heard that you are not to eat after 7pm. I ate dinner at 6pm and I am under my calories by a few hundred and I still plan on getting in another workout tonight.   • I was very excited to find this website by accident today! I was searching for nutrition on a food and this website came up and I figured I would give it a try. So far pretty cool, but hard to balance the calories and carbs etc. I am under in calories and carbs by a lot but close to fat intake. Good luck to everyone!
