Go back to Goodlife and talk to one of the trainers to put you on a plan with exercise and a healthy eating plan to stick too and then track it on MFP. Not sure which Goodlife you are around, but I'm in Australia and the Goodlife here is about to have a 12 week program so you could get a good jump start, with support…

How about joining a gym with exercise in a pool with a group? Paying for the gym motivates me and having other people in the class motivates me to try harder and not to leave the class.

Hi, I would like to join as well.

I second using a vaporizer, I was losing weight and quit at the same time about 2 years ago. With the vaporizer, you can gradually go down in the amount of nicotine, which worked for me. The gum, patches, cold turkey, and medication did not do it for me, believe me, I tried them all. Be stringent in keeping that diary up…

Yeah, I second the joints. I keep trying C25k over and over, but my knees start to get sore or shin splints start up and I'm on a treadmill (better shock absorption) and have good shoes (went to a specialist running store to ensure I got the pronation thing right). But you can definitely spread out the weeks longer, listen…

Love moving comfort bras and they close in the back with great support. Yes I paid $72/each, but I am in Australia right now, however they are cheaper in the US.

I was just recently diagnosed with hip bursitis and just got a cortisone shot yesterday and some of the pain is gone, but it's still there, hope it goes away soon.

Thanks Chris! It's one of the nicer suburbs in Melbourne. My mate lives there and loves it. If you are a city person, it would be a good choice IMO  [/quote]

You look great! Any tips you want to share?

What is your opinion on South Yarra? I'm moving to AU in about 4 months and I was told I could take a train from here to work pretty easily.

You are awesome, have a great run! :)

I would not say it has helped me with my weight loss, but definitely helps with regularity, which can be a problem for some. I took them before lap band surgery and continue to take them now. sorry, just caught that you said gastric bypass, but hope this gives some input to help out.

This website has a lot of great recipes, but I have actually made the one I'm linking you to and it's super simple and Emily puts the nutritional information at the bottom of all of her recipes: http://www.emilybites.com/2012/07/slow-cooker-buffalo-chicken.html

The community, the people are really supportive! I sometimes think I should work for MFP as many people I tell to join it :).

I don't know, but it's a pain in the butt, the last guy I dated told me I was too independent, what do they want? Someone who can't take care of themselves?

I just use a cheap one from Wal-Mart and it serves me well. I do suggest though that you make sure the display you are reading tilts down towards you. I had gotten this specialty scale that calculates calories, fat, etc. for everything by typing codes in before you weigh it for when I manually used a food diary to write it…

I second this question, I have tried a couple of DVDs that I did not care for and would like something for a beginner.

Great job, don't you feel great!
