Hi! I'm new...I'm 5'3 150lbs... just trying to get down to the 140s...I usually stick there or climb up to 152...I want into the 140s then out and I would be happy staying in the 130s but 120 would make me soooo happy! I know how good I look at that weight and I would love to spend my 30s in the 130s.

I'm 5'3 150lbs...goal weight is 130lbs...I'm going to try cutting the weight with mostly diet...whenever I do mostly exercise I don't lose...I tone but I don't ever break 140 lbs. So here I go again.
