Gone down from a UK 26 to 20 atm, and last weekend purged my wardrobe of everything size 24 and 26. (Currently still boxed up till i decided what to do with them) I've always keep them before but i don't want bigger clothes in my wardrobe - it'll make it too easy to put the wieight back on. I don't have scales at home…

Rachels; Especially the greek style coconut. Oh my god it is my fav ever. I also like easiyo (the stuff you make up from powder). It tatse so nice; and you can make it really thick which is lush. I tend to only use it as puddings rather than every day yoghurt.

My first time on MFP; although have tried losing weigh other ways before. I think the difference this time in in my head - i'm ready for it and the effort and energy i need to put in. I've also realised i'm in it for the long haul, slow and steady and ever decreasing. My calorie allowance allows for treats; and in spite of…

At the moment i only really care about calories. I'm also focussing on eating foods that keep me full. I suffer from migraines and my erractic eating habits (starving/binging) were making me worse. Now i try and eat smaller portions and regular meals; plus a couple of decent snacks a day. saying that I am trying to look at…

I was really scared to lose weight i'd have to stop eating carbs (as that was what everyone was telling me) I love carbs, i could like on carbs alone. Cutting them out completly was now something i could even contemplate. The few times i'd tried i had just ended up binging. I'm still eating carbs, having a fixed calorie…

Hello Sue, I started my 'journey' about 11 weeks ago weighing 295 pounds. I have tried dieting numerous times, but never made it past the first couple of weeks. I was also offered tablets by my Dr. Of course I wanted to be slim, but I didn't want it enough to actually do anything about it. I knew who I was; The fat girl. I…

I'm anemic so TOTM always knocks me out energy and oomph wise. In turn i pick and food and end up craving junk. If i coincides with one of my stupid shift patterns i have trouble motivating myself to do anything. Exercise helps with cramps and the low feeling but once they've gone I normally knock off exercise (bar…

On night shifts i find i have to go straight to bed when i get in otherwise i can't sleep, but i do make sure i have breakfast before i leave work. I normally have porridge, with milk, sultanas and cinnamon. It keeps me full till i wake up. I eat around 5am, home at 7.15 and in bed by 7.30. I like sleep, so often sleep…

My roster is allso pretty intensive, im currently on shift four out of fourteen in a row. Knackering but nice rest periods. I do also live a fair way from work so spend around three…

My Boyfriend is pretty unsuportive, bar the fact he haa made it clear i need to lose weight. He isn't good compliments or white lies. If i ask why he doesn't say nice things he says its because atm i don't look good so he isn't going to lie. A bit hurtful but not deliberatly mean. I think the problem is that he doesn't…

I'm at work so it's mainly sarnies too, and even my non work lunches are bread based. I do like Soup for lunch, although normally have it with bread. Or beans/scrambled egg on toast. Small jacket spud with beans and salad.
