I agree, don't stress about a number. I have a hard time drinking water, but try to get 48oz of pure water a day and then I also drink some juice at breakfast and coffee and tea as well as crystal light throughout the day. i'm gonna eat a regular portion of everything. Typically I'd eat 3x a regular portion. I'd eat until i was ready to barf, that won't happen this year. I will enjoy the foods, snacks and desserts as well as time with my family. Sunday is a day of rest for me usually anyways.

This pretty much is spot on. It's a high five for staying under calories. For me personally, if I see repeated too low calorie days I might send a msg depending on the rapport I have with that particular friend.
