Hello. I'm Cassandra from Harlem and need/want/have to lose 150 lbs. I have changed my eating habits, I use my Wii game to motivate me and wear my fitbit to track steps. I have lost weight before and gained it back many times. I want 2014 to be different - it goes and never comes back. Good luck to us all!!
