^^^ what she said. I tell people all the time, "It's our policy." And no, I *don't* know why it's a policy, and frankly I don't freakin' care enough to find out. The fact that it's our policy is good enough for me. I don't own the company and never will, so I have no need or desire to know all the why and what for's.

You should be eating *between* your BMR and your TDEE...... anything over your TDEE will of course cause a gradual gain, anything below your BMR is totally unhealthy and you will lose muscle, not fat.

go to any of the recipe sites and type in what you're looking for. There are literally thousands of low fat, low carb, low calorie, hi protein, etc. etc. etc. recipes online for free. Eating Well is online, I believe; I think I got a recipe off there last week.....
