During the last week and a half the power push ups were easy. It was the full body drop, 16 push ups, plank runs, plank walk, plank run wide, stand and repeat that was the worst one. I was finally able to not pause it the final week. I'm going to do an off week and then on to some other things for two weeks and then jump…

^^ Some of us prefer flexibility. If I could get full compatibility with Microsoft Office without a Windoze emulator I would run Linux on my computers.

All things in moderation. I don't think the intent of that comment was that the caffeine was bad, just the additional things that come with the source. Coffee or tea and chocolate are more natural sources of it. Soda introduces a host of other items that cause additional problems.

Most of the time, I do. It just depended on what I was doing. The motorcycle is another story. I have three of them for it and yes, I do wear one all the time for that.

LOL. I actually know that reference. I'm sure you will find plenty. Feel free to add me. Nearly done.with my first round on Insanity.

The short answer is whenever you can get it in daily. I am up at 4:30 in the morning to get my workout in. I figure if I get it done first thing there are no excuses or interruptions.

You really don't have to spend that much for garb. A basic broom skirt (can layer a couple) a loose fitting shirt, a corset and head wear is all you need. Not really expensive at all. That is one of the things we cover with people that work out there because we have to appear period. We can't do the steampunk or fantasy…

Okay, the place she got hers went out of business, but she found a place on the web she likes and will probably be where her next one comes from. http://corset-story.com They don't look bad on prices either.

For leather, look up Ravenswood Leather. Reggie and his team do some great work, but they do everything from bodices to dresses. They are pricey, but awesome stuff. I own the first kilt that was ordered from him. http://ravenswoodleather.com I would need to ask my wife about the corsets. I know she has a couple and she is…

Nice job! Slow and steady gets you there. Keep it up!

It just depends on what all you want to use it for. I had a Nook for some time and upgraded to the Kindle Fire last year. It makes things easier in that I can purchase a book while I am at the airport and "carry" several with me that takes up less space than the physical ones I used to. I usually travel a lot for work so…

It has been discussed previously on here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/409746-heart-rate-monitor-watch-vs-chest-strap I'm certain multiple times. There are articles all over the web comparing the difference and relative accuracy. I'll reiterate what I commented on your thread from my phone, but didn't show up…

Yeah, that is always fun. They freak when they start to find out you know far more than they do. Like being able to pull the history for the router's cache. LOL

Well, success in progress. I am only about a week out from completing my first round, but I have dropped from 246 to 229 since I started. It is definitely making a difference. My back and abs are starting to show definition and I've dropped from a snug 38 waist jeans to a loose 36. :D Hopefully will update in a week as to…

^^ I concur with that. Personal responsibility is what it boils down to. If they can control that, what else will they attempt to control?

^^ You got that right! The media is terrible these days. You have to dig so much to find any real data or information to actually make a good decision.

I will get a large glass of iced tea and have it in my vehicle while driving. 16 oz. Doesn't go very far in drive time. Love Sonic Route 44!! I'm not much of a soda drinker.

Two of my go to breakfasts are pretty quick and both are from the P90X nutrition guide. Smoothie. You can vary the amounts for the calorie intake you need. Banana (for me 1 whole) Frozen Strawberries (for me 1 cup) Milk (skim in the book, but I use almond milk and 1 cup) Protein Powder (I use two scoops) Ice (1 cup)…

careerbuilder.com and monster.com are decent places. Linkedin.com is very good for networking and has a plugin that will tell you who you may know that work at companies you are viewing on those sites. It is also a favorite haunt of headhunters.

^^^^ See, empirical evidence. Isn't science (actual science) a wonderful thing?

It is not a myth. I have met people that have a decisively smaller tibia than mine on numerous occasions. http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/imagepages/17182.htm People vary in ratios of bone lengths, circumferences, etc. My scale estimates bone mass, and that can vary since it can change in density, mostly affected…

Telling him that might get him to leave her alone, but what about the next woman he decides he is interested in. Even worse, what if he thinks that is interesting and tries harder. IMHO I think the first suggestion is the best and be firm in every stage of it. Ask him to quit following you around the gym politely once. If…

I noticed on your profile you like paddling, so assuming around water a lot. Have you considered some that tend to enjoy water? I think a rat terrier does out of the smaller breeds, but not sure of the rest from that group, maybe some of the spaniels. Most of the water dogs tend to come from the sporting group and…

It VERY much depends on your personality, the place you live and the time you have to keep them busy with activities. Try this site. It will help you determine some of those things. http://www1.dogbreedinfo.com/search.htm There are others out there on many sites. It does matter, but rescuing a dog can be a good thing. All…
