I weigh in on Monday evenings at a weight loss support group, and maybe once during the week at work. I don't own a scale and I think, for me, that is a good thing!

Day 2 completed. It seemed harder today than yesterday, but that could be because I am sore today. I did discover that wearing the proper undergarments make a big difference in my jumping jack ability!! I am definitely feeling it today, but I know that is a good thing! We can do this!

I am going to start on June 1st! There was an earlier thread on a challenge group doing it this coming month as well! Great results there! I am really excited (and a tad nervous) about starting but I feel it is exactly what I need to keep things humming along. :)

What's important is that you don't give up! I know in the past, if I ate off plan for 5 days I might very well just say to heck with the whole thing. We are in this for the long haul though so welcome back!

I have an overweight beagle/basset named Gusgus. He weighs about 60 pounds. I usually walk him around the block once, drop him off at home,. then do another lap myself. He can only do the one lap now but hopefully that will improve! The exercise is definitely something both of us need!!

I think looking at the total goal makes it tough. Yes, keep your goal in the back of your mind, but 100 pounds sounds like such a lot. Focus on smaller, more easily attainable goals. You can do it!

I am doing at Atkins type thing again. I have tried weight watchers with no success. Low carb is really the only thing that I have been able to stick to for any length of time. I think it is because I can see the results so quickly that it motivates me. I also like being able to eat meat and cheese. I eat lots of salads…
