Don't use it as an excuse to quit! We have all been there. It is one day, not a week, not a month, just ONE DAY. It is a speck of sand in the big picture. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, keep on keeping on.

If you don't think you can, then you are right. I think, for the most part, we all have to completely change our mindset. For myself, I had to really reach the point where I hated myself. I hated how I looked, I hated my clothes, I hated that I couldn't move the way I wanted to, and I hated the way I perceived everyone saw…

I think it is a matter of people finding what works for them. I do keep my carbs low, I have for almost a year now, and I really love it. It does NOT cause me stress, nor does it make me socially awkward. I have found that I have trouble controlling how much I eat when I eat a lot of carbs. As I said, it works for ME.…

I am down 50, but still have another 30-35 to go. Feel free to add me! I do take a lower carb approach to my weighloss but am happy to encourage anyone with their plan!

I loved it! I found it to be enjoyable for what it was. Titillating erotica. So shoot me.

I am lucky that I live near the New Balance Factory and outlet, so I have never paid over $35.00 for a great pair of New Balance!

I definitely log, even though I am over. I am still accountable. If I start not logging if I eat over, it could open the door to not logging on other days if I over indulge. So yes, I will continue to log every day, even if I am over my regular totals. Why lie to myself, right?

You must be so proud of yourself!! Remember back before you started when you thought you could never do it? Well Mister, YOU CAN! You look like a new man! Huge kudos to you on a great job! Just think...the year was going to go by either way, but look how different it is now because you made up your mind to do it. So very…

I don't set an alarm. I always wake up between 4 and 5, but don't have to be to work till 8.

We have all been there. I honestly believe 90% of your success comes from your head. Once you reach your limit, and COMPLETELY go all in on losing, then you will do it. Once you make up your mind, it becomes a COMMITMENT. Until then, it is just a suggestion. You have done it before, so you know HOW to do it. You just have…

Low carb coleslaw is great for lunch...low carb muffin in a minutes are good....google lindas low carb website for recipes. Feel free to add me. My food diary is open to friends. Maybe you could get some ideas. :)

That is so wonderful! Congratulations to you!! Have fun shopping!

I absolutely LOVE high heels! Shoes are sort of my "thing". I love being a shoe diva! :) They really do make you feel sexy when you wear them, as long as you have practiced walking in them so you don't look like you are about to fall down! :) Have fun!

Congratulations! You must feel like a new person!

Just the fact that you did not gain any of the weight back should be considered a success! You are already that much ahead when starting out. Best of luck to you in your endeavor!

I didn't realize all pints weren't the same! This site is so educational! So apparently the saying "A pint's a pound the world around" is a bunch of hooey!

How sad that we, as a society, make people feel so ashamed of themselves. I am very happy for you! You are truly an inspiration!

Don't do this to yourself! You have been talking to them for a long time. You felt like you were friends with them. You were excited about finally meeting them in person, so you hugged them. You are WAYYYY over thinking this. Maybe the so-so reacting one isn't big on hugs. Some people aren't. You did NOT harass anyone.…

That must be so difficult for you! I must say, that for the most part, the majority of my coworkers have been wonderful. They compliment my weight loss, they ask how much I have lost, they say how it really shows. I can't imagine having to face that hostility every day at work. I agree that you should totally NOT discuss…

I have one every few weeks. I wouldn't say chicken and salad would be a cheat meal, it sounds like a regular meal. If I do have a cheat meal, I definitely still log it in, but I enjoy it and then move on.

Some pre-planning and cooking for the week on your days off might help you. Also, what if you took some healthy snacks on the boat? It sounds like you are undoing all your work every time you go out on the boat. Plan for success! You can do it, it just takes a little time and planning! :) Good luck!

I really hope all this crap isn't swept under the rug when they do the final show. There should be tapes shown of each of them saying prejudiced things and acting like ignorant jerks. The only way for them to answer to it is to shine a big, bright spotlight on it. Bullying is such a big topic now in the public eye. CBS…

This does NOT sound like a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship. Are you sure she KNOWS she is your gf, because it sounds like she considers you to be acquaintances. At the 4 month mark, the mutual attraction should be running rampant! How does someone even get into a relationship with someone who doesn't find them…

I was so incredibly touched by your story. I wish you great happiness!

That is great! Those little things make such a big difference, don't they?

Your ticker says 10 pounds lost with a goal of 56.

Instead of eating a bowl of it for cereal, what if you used some as a yogurt topper, maybe with extra fruit?

Emerald has some really yummy cocoa roasted almonds all portioned out into 100 calorie servings. When I am jonesing for chocolate, I eat those. It does the trick for me.

This is the same for me!
