Need ideas for what people are eating for meals. Need some low carb ideas and some alternatives for breakfast. Suffering a little burnout. I've lost 20lbs and want to keep the momentum going!!

    Low carb coleslaw is great for lunch...low carb muffin in a minutes are good....google lindas low carb website for recipes. Feel free to add me. My food diary is open to friends. Maybe you could get some ideas. :)
  • Breakfast:

    Frittata with meat, veg, and cheese

    Proatmeal --protein oatmeal (oatmeal, protein powder, milk, and peanut butter...zap in the microwave for a minute and a half)

    omelet

    leftovers from dinner

    breakfast burrito or breakfast sandwich

    Lunch/Dinner

    Tacos --with corn tortillas, tomatoes, lettuce, meat, and bit of cheese

    Fajtas--steak, chicken or shrimp

    Chicken enchiladas-- can be lightened up almost effortlessly

    Stew

    Roast with root vegetables

    Chili

    Salmon w/ olive oil, garlic, and herbs ...red potatoes and steamed broccoli

    I keep hard-boiled eggs on hand for breakfast and snacks. Also turkey lunch meat and peanut butter.


    I'm not low-carb but I love my protein, and make sure to get it.
