On the myfitnesspal app, is a cup of water equivalent to a pint of half pint?

    unless you're in the US, a pint is 20 oz. If you're in the US, it's 16 oz.

    I didn't realize all pints weren't the same! This site is so educational! So apparently the saying "A pint's a pound the world around" is a bunch of hooey!

    HAHA! people separated by a common language!!

    I just use ounces. 1/2 my body weight in ounces of water everyday.

    8 oz....

    Get a scale or "wet measuring cup" that has oz lines. Make it easy on yourself :tongue:
