I can't sleep and feel I need to eat something to fall asleep too sometimes. For the last couple of nights I have been drinking hot water. It seems to be tricking my body. I am always down in the morning if I don't eat at night (so far since I am at the beginning of a diet where the weight just drops and drops).

I like the calculator on that site. Thanks for sharing it! I was just last night looking at a calendar and seeing where I would be with two pounds per week. Fun, but I agree with the name losertown being a turnoff too.

I just read in World's Healthiest Foods that when people are sick or protein deficient that they are told to eat 100 grams or more of protein per day. This site is cool that it tracks protein and all that though! I can't wait to get into it more.
