Not sure why this forum is inactive... I am still doing turbo jam and I have full belief in it now. I don't do a crazy workout but at least try 30 minutes of cardio party or 20 min fast version 4times a week . I manage to eat 1200 to 1300 calories a day and no junk food. I have lost 18 pounds in 3months so far and 12 more…
