Started lifting a few days before New Years and loving it!!

Day 1 Week 2 done! Haven't been updating but I've been doing it every day exercise.. I only have one problem weekends kill me with food!.. Its so much harder, any advice??

thanks i appreciate the feedback... Im only doing the cereal with high protein and the chips as a snack as well as the protein shakes.
