Well, no loss and no gain. I'm a little disappointed since it is only my 2nd week. Then again, I ate a lot of junk food this week. As of Friday 8/3, my weight is 279. I'll take it. My weekend was not that great so hopefully, I can rebound this week. Didn't really go over my calories but the food I ate was all junk :wink:
