Aug 23rd weigh-in 296 (gained 1 lb) Sad and dissapointed but I know I just ate too many calories and too many of the wrong kinds of foods. Going to step it up this month and try to still hit my Sept goal...here we go!

Honestly I could make my peace with how I look but I can't imagine going through the rest of my life carrying this weight around...it's heavy, it makes everything I do harder...it's truly a burden. So I guess out of pure laziness I will lose weight ;-)

Basically you NEED those extra calories...the more you ask of your body (AKA exercise) the more you have to give it (food/calories) to perform.
