Poaching eggs in a pan of water is easier than people make out. If you love eggs then perhaps you could practise

Peanuts... I ate a massive bag the other day and it came to 2200 kcal. New rule: buy a smaller bag

Tough question that I had to answer myself a while back. The truth is that you have to want to lose weight more than you want to binge. I know that sounds dumb but in the end it's worth feeling hungry every now and again if you get what you want in the end. I don't particularly like cleaning the toilet, it makes me very…

Pecan pie sounds lovely but it might be best to focus on nutrient dense foods when you break the fast

That's next level. I agree with the others, time for a doctor to have a look

Omlette or nothing for me. I don't suffer if I have to skip it tbh

The database is incomplete. You have to REALLY search for complete entries in terms of potassium

The first 2 weeks are hard. Itll get easier after that but don't be tempted to drop calories again until weight loss slows. Best of luck

The first 2 weeks are worse than the rest of the months combined. Stick it out then keep your calories steady for a smooth ride. Best of luck

Lift now. You might as well cut properly if you're going to exercise during calorie restriction. Check the bodybuilding section for cutting tips while lifting. Best of luck

Agreed. I bought a set if digital kitchen scales for under a tenner at the supermarket. Best investment I've made for weight loss, even better than the scales to weigh myself!

Go to the doctor. Not urinating regularly, especially if drinking enough water, is a sign of kidney damage.

If you're already in a calorie deficit at that weight then it will be a push. If you're about to start a diet then yeah you may lose a lot of water weight initially then a few lbs of fat gradually. On the bright side, no one can really 'see' 5lbs of fat distributed across your whole body so it's really just you that would…

As has already been said, that's about right if you're in a coma.
-
You're washing the electrolytes out of your body. Like everything in life, there's a balance to keep. Drink ENOUGH water.

Lower the carbs to increase the fat. There isn't a magic way to correct macros
-
If you're eating protein powders then they're packed with carbs unless isolate. Carbs will make you hold water. People don't gain muscle mass in a calorie deficit period.
-
I worry that you're turning to the masses for a second opinion. Please be careful and get plenty of exercise

I was in the military and I can tell you one thing for sure, many of the guys GAINED weight in basic training despite being fed set meals and run ragged

L-Theanine is a non-essential amino acid found naturally in tea. The Japanese have been adding it to their foods for 50 years and they have one of the lowest rates of anxiety in the world. Try decaf tea or a suppliment to manage the stress

More salt more water. The headaches and brain fog are symptoms of lowered carb intake. Just don't get used to the extra salt, you won't need it for long
-
It'd be easier to cut off a leg. Less hassle, same result

I can see bloating if it's just a massive number deus brewing. I can't see the difference in my body if I lose 5lbs though because it isn't as isolated

Lentils and red meat. I used to put blackstrap molasses in my coffee before I stopped sugaring everything outside of a dessert trolly
-
Gin and tonic doesn't magical make you stop losing weight. Are you dehydrating yourself? Are you logging the alcohol? Are your eating patterns changed the day after you drink? Do you consume more carbs when hungover?

Cereal is usually just refined carbs. Like white bread, it isn't sweet tasting, yet it is broken down incredibly fast like sugar. I can't see why cereal is eaten for breakfast but dessert is very apt.
-
Out of curiosity, what's wrong with food?
-
Conspiracy
-
Yeah. Cut a leg off

The only time exercise has come out as a "plus" for me was when I walked to the crispy creme shop
