Hi! I'm new here as well (1st week done). So far I've lost 3 lbs, but I have a long way to go! Right now I'm coasting on the 'new journey' feeling, but yeah, in a month I'm sure I'll be struggling. I need all the friends I can get!

Do you have cable? I'm not sure where you are, but in my area we have Time Warner Cable and they have exercize on Demand. You'd have to really look thru the exercizes (there is alot of them!) but hopefully you'll find something that works for you. And yes--soup cans are good in a pinch! Good luck!
