  • Well done, you do look great!...and you're right, a picture is worth a thousand words!
  • I'm 5'3 and at 220 I was in a 20-22 stretch jean... I have a larger upper body/shoulders and muscular legs. At 320 I was* (Currently in maternity pants) in a 26 pant, comfortably, and 3x shirt. Because I'm so short it takes more lbs to achieve a change in clothing size. So I would say that about every 30-40 lbs…
  • I can see that... I've been trying to keep my fats as healthy as possible... (unfortunately avocado is not cheap!) but I 'oven' fry quite a bit and switched to skim milk half way though my pregnancy to keep my sugar consumption down. Congratulations on your baby boy!
  • Thanks so much. I love cheese. its already a bit much with just the thought of scrambles eggs with no cheese. No one is allergic to cheese on this end... but I know that 'I' feel better when I go without dairy. I just want to set a good example for my kids... and be the healthiest I can be.
