It has taken me about 107 days to lose 21 lbs. I am still eating what I like, only trying to eat less of it. I am trying to cut out the reese cups. After that I will try to cut out the diet coke.

I drink hannaford sparkling water and that seems to help. I also try to drink just plain water as well. The sparkling water takes away the craving for the diet coke for me.

I used to drink at least a 2 liter bottle of diet coke a day, if not more. I am now down to a 12 oz bottle. I now drink carbonated water. I think it was the carbonation that I craved not the soda.

Josh take it one day at a time. You can do this. You get plenty of support thru MFP. If you do slip up, get right back on the band wagon the next day. I need to lose over 100 lbs and I also am determined to do this.

It is so hard losing a beloved pet. It is just like losing a family member. I feel your pain. I have lost two of my cats that were 11 and 12 years old in the past year. Time heals. It will get easier.

I tried it for a while. I thought the shakes were delicious but I found it very expensive. Besides I want to lose the weight by eating less not by living on a protein drink for the rest of my life.

I am hooked on reese cups and diet coke. I go for a while without eating them and then the cravings are so bad that I have to have them. It is as bad as an alcoholic. I quit smoking and found that much easier. I have 110 + lbs to lose.
