Gout can start off not being the excruciating pain. For sure see your doctor, but if it is gout, cherry juice can help tons. And activated charcoal tablets. And watch your diet for things that cause flare ups. Seafood, alcohol, meat, etc. Good luck!

I use Kinect, but I have the Zumba game and Dance Central, with my Bodymedia (Bodybugg) I usually get a burn of about 10 calories a minute which is a great aerobic workout :)

Yep, a Bodybugg, or Bodymedia Fit. I have one. They don't use a heart rate monitor but go by galvanic skin response and other factors.
