Add me, doing Keto & IF but anyone is welcome.

Been doing Keto three months. I'd love more Keto friends :)

I have been on Keto for three months (I test my blood ketone levels). I have noticed several improvements in weight loss, anxiety control, and other areas, but sadly for me, it hasn't helped my migraines at all. I take Topamax 50 mg 2 x a day as well. I still get exactly the same number of migraines as I did before Keto.

I made the Mr. Peanut bread, the ingredients are: 1 cup natural-style peanut butter, smooth 3 eggs 1 tablespoon vinegar 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda 1⁄4 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons artificial sweetener Blend peanut butter and eggs until smooth. Add in remaining ingredients. Pour into a sprayed loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake…

I really like Half Size Me, and Transformation Planet. Both are a good boost when I'm not really feeling it and make me feel more focused. The Ketovangelist Podcast is good too if you're doing Keto or low carb.

Daily, so I can see the trends.

Just turned 40, add away, especially if you are a smart as$ , sarcastic, etc.

Hey everyone. Thought I would introduce myself. I'm trying Keto and Intermittent Fasting after reading the book The Obesity Code. I'm a lifelong yo-yo dieter. I got up to 308 about 8 years ago, and I have gained and lost over 100 lbs repeatedly. Right now I am 93 lbs down, and still working on getting off some of my regain…

Anyone can add me too! I'm a crazy picker eater, but my diary is open to bore anyone

I think you are asking if you should look when they weight you? Up to you. In the past, has it motivated you, or set you back? With me, I usually gain when I don't know my weight and I spend long periods of time away from the scale, but everyone is different. Sorry to hear bout your sister. You should talk to your doctor…

Highest: 308 Lowest: 150 Current:213 I have yo-yo'ed lots over the years. I look at it like, if I hadn't always worked at my weight, I would easily be several hundred pounds heavier than I am right now. It's all a process.

I've also read to be moderate in protein (hit your goal though) because if you go over it can turn into glucose. Other people say this is fear mongering, etc. But a thought to keep in mind.
-
Yeah, my guess would be you aren't getting enough calories from fat. Good luck!!
-
Fantastic job, that is a lot of weight!

I've got it right now, you give me hope it will end! The headache sucks. I just got up and drank some pickle juice (gross I know) but I'm hoping the salt will help. I am not giving up on my hard work though! And good job on defeating it!

I just started it in in my third PT office after a shoulder surgery. WOW. I really love the stretch it gets me, but yeah the pain is pretty intense. I thought I had a really high pain tolerance, but I make some pretty crazy faces, and have to bite my lip to not make weird noises in front of people  I just bought one…

I'm down 70 lbs this past year, and more than that total. I'm looking for motivated, fun & active friends. Friend collectors, "u got kik?", and preachy types need not apply. All else, please do!

The Bodymedia Fit probably would, if you wore it on your calf, while you did the workout. But it has the bummer of having to pay the seven dollar monthly fee. I have one and I love it though. When I do workouts like bike riding, and being on a treadmill, it seems to not register correctly unless I move the unit to my leg,…
-
Yeah, I used one since 2009, and I think I'm on my 4th arm band, UGH. With the last one I ordered, I put super glue, right where the fabric met the plastic piece the unit snaps into. That is where I was having the issue with mine coming apart. It seems to be working pretty well so far with this one (knock wood).

I picked up a Jane Fonda manual treadmill at the thrift store for $15. It's awesome! Yeah, it's not a normal treadmill for sure. It's more of a workout. And I wouldn't recommend it if you have terrible joints. But, for a workout in winter, it's really good. I lubed up the deck under the belt with some silicone lubricant…

caffeine pill so you don't get a headache?

it's @ss

Fantastic job, you also look younger :)
-
Yep. It's all part of it, and helps keep me accountable.

mine worked until yesterday too :#

He no doubt is one of the ones with the big, "JESUS IS THE REASON FOR THE SEASON" signs in his yard. I like to further blow their mind with the fact that I celebrate Christmas, but my own version, "Santa Christmas" I like to call it. I grew up Jehovah's Witness and didn't get to have it, so now I make it my own. But yes, I…

Agree completely. And migraines suck. It might help some to check out your food diary the days before like people are saying and see if you have some food triggers, that are exacerbating the situation, but could be stress, hormones, etc. Hope you get rid of them soon!
