I weigh myself pretty much every day, but I only record it once a week. I know I probably shouldn't, because when I see a number I don't like I can tend to get really upset and discouraged, but at this point I'm hooked... I don't know how to stop weighing so often.

Mine is set to lose 1/2 lb per week, and my first week I lost 1.4. But I know this trend will probably not continue. I don't need to lose 1/2 lb a week to be happy, I just want to see a consistent downward trend.

I'm in the same boat, very similar to you. 23 years old, 5'3", starting weight was 158. The first 14 lbs came off pretty easily in 2 months doing Weight Watchers, but for the past month I've had a net loss of 0.2 lbs. So here I am, stuck at 144ish. I'd love to hear any tips/suggestions anyone has! I'm trying to get to 135.
