I'm doing my first Mudder in May as well! Can't wait. I participate in a Boot Camp style class three days a week, am spinning 2 days per week, doing a "Body Pump" class 1 day, and running whenever I have time. I hope its enough, I can certainly feel myself getting stronger. Any idea how much time it should take to complete…

I usally just use sandwiches that other people have already built, even though I use slightly different veggies. Its usually a best guess when it comes to calories, but I've eaten a ton of Subway sandwiches and still dropped weight very quickly.

I am at my weight goal, except for about 5 pounds or so, and am finding motiviation to be a big issue. I have found setting a future goal to be very motivating. For instance, I am going to be doing a Tough Mudder in May next year, which is motivating, but is a little too far away right now.

I can't run without my music on my iPhone. I love it. I use WalkTracker to map my runs and love it. On Monday night after my workout I was able to do 3 chin ups (overhanded), and was so excited that I tried again this morning. I couldn't do any chin ups this morning, but was able to do 3 pull ups (underhanded). I've never been able to do either of them in my prior 34 years, so I could not be happier.

I'm going to be doing the TM in May in Jacksonville, FL. I'm super excited, and have no idea how I am going to train. I did a 5K Run for your Lives Zombie run earlier this month and it about killed me but made me very excited to push myself even further. So the TM is it.

Wow, I'm Jealous. I just did a Run for your Lives Zombie 5K obstacle course this weekend, and had a blast. My friends who I went with have convinced me to sign up for the Tough Mudder in May 2013 in Jacksonville. I am so psyched that I can't stand it. It has sent my motivation through the roof. Great job. In May I will…

I knew there would be tons of candy at the office, so I bought a couple of bags of apples. Sad to say that there are plenty of apples left, but not much candy. I enjoyed them, regardless.
