  • Way to go!! I'm going through the same thing. Just keep that "Why I'm Quitting" list close at hand and look at it often. When you want that cigarette: take a walk, a bath/shower or chew some gum (sugar free of course :). I find trying something new helps- Yoga, Zumba..... something fun with new people.
