Me, definitely. I am still getting into the fitness part (have been in and out of shape over the last ten years) but love sports and running. I consider myself to be somewhat athletic, ranking somewhere between professional and uncoordinated klutz. :)

Better to rest and not aggravate your injury further. Just be careful about what you eat so you can stay on course with your calorie intake goals, but if you eat well, you can offset some of the effect of going to the gym (e.g., burning additional calories)
