Thanks everyone for the comments. I try not to cut anything out, but I have no self control. I cant eat just a little of somthing, so it is best that I avoid it...like pie or chips or chocolate. You will find a ton of literature for and against the "Not enuf calories=slowed metabolism". I think it best to not intake less then the 1200 cal's a day, and walk or jog for about 30 minutes a day to create your calorie deficit.
