I have had two severe high ankle sprains. Not fun. But I am an exercise junky. So I bought an exercise ball chair (save the tailbone) and did zumba and kickboxing sitting. LOL I did all of the upper body movements and used the ball to change direction and do light lower body, like tapping my feet or just moving them to the…

I had a Blaze and loved, loved, loved it. I am currently going through withdrawal, though. After wearing the Blaze for over a year, all of a sudden, it started irritating my skin. Large red spots. Slowly faded to a kind of brown after I quit wearing the band, and then the skin dried out and started to peel. Still there. :(…

I really need as close to 8 as I can get, but I sleep horribly. I wake up at least 3-5 times a night, and then I start thinking and it takes 10 minutes or so to get back to sleep, so I actually probably get 7 of actual sleep. If I get any less than that, I feel horrid and have no self control with my workouts or my food.…

I love TurboJam, Turbo Fire, and Turbo Kick. I do it at least 3 times a week, mixed in with my Zumba, strength training, and yoga.

This makes my ankles cry every time I see it!!

It won't record them as individual workouts, there should be just one entry for anything FitBit related.

I LOVE Peanut!!!! I want a French Bulldog so bad. LOL

As a child, I was always heavy and thought I HATED exercise. As I got older, and started to lose weight, I only wanted to work out to increase my calories burned and weight loss. However, the longer I've worked out, and the more activities I've tried, the more types of exercise I've found that I REALLY enjoy. I love…

I was diagnosed with PCOS over 14 years ago. I lost all of my weight doing nothing but counting calories. I didn't even know what HFLC WAS at that point in time. So you can definitely lose weight without worrying about carbs.

You got it! My order shipped today, so hopefully I will have it next week!!!

At this point, I figure if I am eating cookie dough by the spoonfull, I won't worry about calories. BUT I intend to consider 1oz a serving, and will look in the database for a reasonable estimate, just to keep on track.

Lucky you!!!!!
-
LOL Go here and it will explain all: http://unbakedbar.com/ They even have customized dough!!

I am currently waiting on an order of edible cookie dough. My weakness!!

Maybe find something other than the treadmill? I hate machines, but I love doing zumba and kickboxing! And I'll do my strength training while watching Netflix.

I've found that if I eat sugar pretty close to meals, and it is less likely to make me crave more, or have that sugar crash, but not as in between snacks or on an empty stomach.

I don't know of any off hand, but when I was doing LCHF, I found a TON of stuff on Pinterest. You might want to start there! Cheese is the best!

aRGHHHH! Why did you have to post these?!? There goes another $100!!!!

I typically use ZipFizz. Tastes food, has tons of B-vitamins and the only "energy drink" I've tried that I can tell a difference, as I am constantly tired. I am having that case where I am trying to talk myself out of my evening workout today. What I try to tell myself is that I am going to be just as tired sitting on the…

The "weight gain" is definitely mostly bloating and water retention, which can be horrible, I know!! Unfortunately I have a lot of experience with binging, and people that haven't ever had the issue don't understand how HARD it is to stop or redirect when the urge starts. It's not just a matter of self control. I started…

After the horror of trying the original peanut spread, I am never touching their stuff again! Minus the pancake syrup and the spicy BBQ sauce was "ok".

I liked the cookies ok, but they weren't amazing. I think they were better warmed up. They weren't good enough to make me think, oh, I can't wait to have another one, and I definitely don't think they are worth the price. My first thought when I opened the package was that they just smashed one of their cookie dough…

Your comments on anxiety is so me! That is 100% me. And then, if I can't workout, I start to feel like I can't eat. I have major issues with anxiety, but never thought about how it might play into my eating disorder issues.

That is very true. When I was in my early 20's, I was at the point where I could work out 2-3 hours/day, and really got used to being lenient with my food. THEN I severely sprained my ankle, and couldn't do ANYTHING (although getting around on crutches felt like a workout), and it KILLED me to cut all the way back. It was…

On that note, kimchi is awesome.

I understand. I was dying at work (10 hours of an office/desk job) until I got a standing desk. Now I don't feel QUITE as bad. I've gotten so that I mostly watch things on Netflix. That way I can always pause and come back later. Best invention ever!!!

Most of my tv is done during my strength training. LOL I don't really miss it. Other than that, it is sports the hour I relax before I go to bed.

You can't really make that assumption. I work 10 hour days, and spend an hour on my commute. I DO get up at 5:25am to get in a 45 minute workout before I have to get to work, but with getting home after 5pm, having to get food, clothes, and makeup together for the next day, lay out workout gear, take care of the cat, cook…

What is your current calorie level? If you are trying to eat 1200 calories, and eat 2000 instead, I don't know that I would consider it binge eating. For me, though, I had the WORST time with binges when I was eating too little and working out too much. Also, if I am short on sleep, that can trigger one for me as well. So…

I tend to collect fitness apps. LOL I use Fitness Builder and SworkIt, 7minute Workout, FitStar, the most. I have a ton more that I haven't reinstalled. LOL I also use YouTube.
