I just saw you are from Gulfport. I'm from Memphis!

Sure!

Luckily for me, I have a Dr's note requiring that I walk at least 5 minutes every hour for health reasons (I had deep vein blood clots when I was 20), or I would never be allowed up. But G-d forbid that I'm off the desk longer than five minutes. My boss actually has a chess timer to time when I am off the desk if he is in…

The problem is that I work in an open floor, no office, and there is junk food every where. Finance people have the biggest sweet tooth! And then there is all the free food that gets sent up here. *sigh*
-
Ugh! I'm in the same boat. I work in Finance and work from 7-4:30, and don't GET a lunch. I eat worse during the week than I do on weekends.

I have the Vivosmart HR and really like it. The HR can be really iffy during high intensity work, but it's great for general walking and stuff like that. I'm actually waiting on this: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/coreywilliams/fitpal-the-most-complete-24-7-heart-rate-wearable

Just a few simple suggestions, were you weighed on exactly the same scale? Same time of day? Similar clothing? All of that could make a difference. Also, if you went after eating out the day before, or after eating things you don't normally eat, some could be water weight. Granted, it probably wouldn't be a 30 lb…

I'm taking Effexor for the second time and I haven't noticed any unexpected weight gain (only weight gain has been my fault, can't blame the Effexor unfortunately :( ).

She is just very OCD. When I do strength training and move my weights, she notices and freaks out. If I move my shoes from the standard spot, she does the same thing. LOL So funny because I'm OCD, too.

I also tried wearing the band higher, and unless I made it tight enough to cut off circulation, it would slip down my arm once I got sweaty when I was punching during my kickboxing.
-
I will probably end up getting the Blaze. I passed on the Surge because it was SOOOO big. I am using a Garmin Vivosmart HR now. I like the way the Blaze looks, and I like that you can wear it with different bands. I'm sure I'll eventually order it when it is available on Amazon.

My kitty, besides being a scaredy cat, is OCD. We had to quit doing the laser pointer because she would spend HOURS looking for it, alternating between staring at where it first appeared, and where it disappeared. It made me feel bad. LOL
-
LOL So funny! Cats have perfected that condescending look. Mine likes to give me that look when I am working out!
-
It didn't matter where I placed mine, or how snug the band was. Oddly enough, I found with my Garmin that I get a more consistent reading when I wear it on my right wrist, so I am wondering if the same would have helped the FitBit. I broke my left art twice as a kid, near the wrist, and wonder if that affected how my veins…

I actually quit using it because I've worked out long enough to have an idea of where my heart rate is, and could tell it was way off during my kickboxing, and any kind of interval training. I'm using the Garmin Vivosmart HR currently.

My baby is a scaredy cat. She'll just run away frantically and hide for hours, I am sure. LOL

I really didn't like the brownies. They don't seem like a brownie at all to me. Just a normal chewy chocolate protein bar in a brownie shape. LOL

The main advice I have to not to worry about keto sticks. All they do is measure the excess ketones you are excreting, which is pretty irrelevant.

I was a little disappointed in the peanut butter. It didn't taste peanut buttery enough for me.
-
Do NOT try the "peanut spread" ugh. Disgusting! I wasted SO much money on their products. The pancake syrup isn't too bad though.
-
That is why you can't get out of the cycle. Restricting is what causes the binge, so over-restricting after a binge will only set you up for the next one.
-
When I have trouble with crazy cravings, it's generally because I've been restricting too much, exercising too much, not eating enough fat, or not getting enough sleep. If you're only eating 1200-1500 calories, how much are you exercising?

I find that I crave less when I keep fat at a higher level. I also let myself have sweets regularly, and I have less of an issue with going nuts. Also, make sure you are getting enough sleep. Nothing makes me crave crazy carbs and sugar more than being tired.
-
I keep mine closed because I am recovering from an eating disorder and don't want anyone's judgement besides my own, worrying if people will think I eat too much, or eat too much junk, or don't eat "healthy" enough. I'm more honest with my tracking if others can't see my diary.
-
My peanut butter will have to be buried with me. :)
-
I can disconnect and reconnect, or at least I could yesterday, but it didn't do any good. It still isn't syncing. :(
-
You could also try mixing them into things, like adding small chopped veggies into pasta sauces, or macaroni and cheese, pumpkin in brownies, etc. Then you will taste the sauce mostly but still be eating veggies. They make books on how to sneak veggies into meals for parents that have a hard time getting their kids to eat…

So pretty!!!

Me, too. LOL But I'm sure in a different way. LOL
